I sometimes have a lot of trouble remembering when shifts are changing and when I need to get my posting done by, so I was going to make myself a calendar for it, but then I thought, hey, maybe this might be useful for you guys too.  :D  Sooo I ran the idea past Erinz and she agreed to make an official Landel's Calendar on the damned.mods Google account!   CALENDARS ARE SO FUN EEEE

Today's Landel's Day (22) has four days for each shift.  That was intentional by the mods for today.  And as always, shifts may be extended as needed, but whenever I hear about that here, I'll reflect the changes in the calendar.  So hopefully it'll be pretty accurate. :D  And if you're already using Google Calendar, you can subscribe to this one using the link on the lower-right of the calendar.  Then you can see it from within your personal calendar.

Oh, and events like app periods will be on here too. :D  If you guys have any suggestions, throw 'em at me!

OKAY. SO. ABOUT TIME FOR THEM POSTING GUIDELINES FOR THAT SUPER SECRET SUNDAY SURPRISE, RIGHT. 8D (IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT, GO NOW. :3)

OKAY SO BASICALLY, HERE ARE THE STEPS FOR CHAPEL POSTING.

1) Your character must have already posted to the first Chapel post to interact with the Head Doctor's speech thing. Now, that's not to say that you have to have posted to that original post before the Head Doctor made his post; you just need to make sure to post to that original post first before moving on to the next one. Characters who have been posted to the Sun Room already, however, cannot be moved once they've been placed there.

2) You can choose when the Head Doctor walking in "happens" for your character; the first Chapel post is for mingling before he's walked in, the second is for once your character has seen the Head Doctor and is reacting to him/running over to kick his ASS. (Of course, easier said than done. XD) Anyway, the posting format for the second Chapel post (the one with the Head Doctor) will go like this:

- Post to the Head Doctor's original post if you're going to thread with other characters about their reactions to him but not actually try to interact with him, just listen to him and growl about him and stuff.

- Post to the Head Doctor's thread if you want your character to interact with him as he makes his speech. Interacting could be anything from yelling something at him to running forward and jumping at him... though don't think that it'll be so easy to take him down. ;) He's going to basically keep on responding to himself/to his threed with his ongoing speech and midly react to whatever happens. He's a self-absorbed ass. XD

3) The Head Doctor has taken measures and put safeguards in place to make sure he isn't injured or even touched in any way BY MR. RADIO, such as invisible force fields that won't allow patients to get any closer to him than the first step leading up to the podium (about five feet away from him), and which no patients, powers, or projectiles of any sort can go through.

Speaking of powers, patients probably won't even be able to use them as they approach the invisible force field; as they get closer to it, their powers and general strength/energy get drained to the point that they're near passing out. If they do manage to get to the edge of the force field, however, there are not only two male orderlies behind the force field (which, unlike the patients, can go right through it), but CEs (Calm Effect Nurses--the ones with sedatives and tranqs) both near the Head Doctor and stationed throughout the room right alongside other male orderlies.

Basically, your character won't last very long at all against the barrage of human and power shields that the Head Doctor has around him. (Even as he exits, he has his own personal invisible force field around him, and will be escorted out by both male orderlies and CEs.)

.........Yeah. The Head Doctor is SUCH A GODMODDER. XDDDDDDD But, you know, main villain. D: He's supposed to be. <3

Anyway, Imma gonna be playing the Head Doctor, and Fey's gonna be playing any nurses/orderlies who have to deal with unruly patients. >:] So yeah. For the sake of us actually being able to thread with a reasonable amount of people, try to keep the amount of characters trying to interact with the Head Doctor at a maximum of four. (If one keels over and gets tranqed, though, then new people can run in. XD; Try to make some IC excuse of intimidation or logistics if your character is the kind who'd rush the Head Doctor immediately, but the slots are already full.) Basically, this is the way it's going to go unless it ends up that WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE WANT TO KILL THE HEAD DOCTOR that there'd need to be some kind of lottery to see who gets to him first. XD; But yeah.

In short, I know this might not be the most realistic way of RPing this scene, but... it's the best we could come up with. T_T HOPE IT WORKS OUT. <3

MIDDLE-AGED + NOT UGLY + SUIT + THE CREEPIEST FUCKING SMILE I HAVE EVER SEEN = HEAD DOCTOR YAY. XDD;;; So yeah. (Keep in mind, though, that in this world/time, the Head Doctor may not be the age he looks. :X)
