Something to break the monotony of log-poking and character drops...

Alright, guys, I need help. I know this is freakishly early to be asking for help deciding what character to apply for NEXT applications cycle, since this one just began (and my Sonozaki Shion application is still only half-done...), but I've got a list of characters to weed through that is, in and of itself, freakish. In terms of size, that is. Check it out, and please advise:

Uhm, wow. I feel dumb, seeing as Jack just got his ass handed to him, but...

So I was planning on having him go scope out the rec field, but when I went to post my comment, I noticed there was a monster running about. Because Jack doesn't know that, he's going to still go there, but if the monster (intoindra) is still there...uhm...you got a new playmate coming your way (though given his current state, he probably won't be cocky enough to play for long :P).

Okay, I'm back in LA and all moved and minus one Larxene (and very sad about it, I can assure you XD) and...yeah! I'm still going to be doing a LOT of unpacking, though, so I won't be around much for the next few days.

Oh, and I'm going to be changing IM TEMPORARILY (just for the summer). AIM crashes the computer here at home, and the pop-up blocker kills AIM express, so I'm going to be going through AOL (,gh;lskhs;lfghk'lhgk'sl WHY OH GOD WHYal;dkfh). Please add Tickle Me Emmo to your lists.

SO, I actually really have no plans at all for Light this nightshift beyond somehow getting him to see a monster of some variety (or an SCer doing something magically amazingly wonderful/horrifying, or a Nightshifter going medieval on someone's ass), soooo if anyone would like to go and bug him, he's currently wandering around some hallway in the M blocks. Yes, I do in fact realize that there have been other posts of this sort already in the lounge, but Iii... tend to feel like a retard for replying to them because I somehow get the feeling that my insanity is not welcome there. Don't ask why. I don't understand it myself.

BESIDES, there was another point to this plea. To my dear Shachou and Trin: exactly what are the plans tonight for the SHM? I was off in Fanime-land, as you probably already know (or should know, at least), and so I was unable to have some form of meet-up with Kadaj and Yazoo and Sephiroth where they could discuss that kind of... vitally important meeting thing. Sephiroth still needs a sword and Kadaj is having a minor spazfit trying to figure out what to do with the (very few) metal thingies he got from the kitchen in order to help said endeavor, because O NOZ, KAASAN WILL BE PISSED if he doesn't help his big brother (I swear one of these days I will actually properly capitalize that when it's being used as a proper noun) get armed. So... yes. And he's currently still in the M1-M10 hall, mostly because I've been shitty about posting lately because I suck. I'll get him moving soon enough, though-- or at least once we figure this out. I mean, really. What the hell are those three going to do tonight?

Also, something a little more serious: As you might have noticed, two months is seeming to be less and less time in regards to me and Court being able to review all the applications, have them double-checked, get out notifications, and get other stuff done (like the basement and shift-changing and whatnot). As such, we're beginning to consider a space of three or even four months in between each app period, given the crazy amount of applications we tend to get and how many players and characters we have already.

Of course, if we do this, it won't happen immediately: Summer is coming up, which means that Court and I will have much more free time, so we're going to try the two-month wait one more time, and if during the summer we still find we can't handle both getting in all the new people and finishing up what needs to be done in the RP itself, we might have to lengthen the period.

Anyway, giving you guys a big heads-up that that might be coming up a ways in the future, since... yeah. XD;

*coughs* Or something like that. As we all know, large threads such as the sunroom is turning into take forever and a half to get anywhere, SO! A few of us have been talking, and decided on what seemed like a sensible solution. If people are just gonna hang out to watch the fight, perhaps they could start a separate thread, so that those that are actually fighting can go about their merry way? It'll make for smaller, quicker threads and should make everyone happier all around, hm?
