Bah. Pardon my slowness for today (and the weekend in general, really). My brain has the dumb. I should be more active tomorrow, seeing as I have a lot of cleaning to do and I'll probably be procrastinating on said cleaning.

Hey, guys! So... Guy and Claude have just entered the Sun Room, and Guy has happened to have had a run-in with Empty Child before, so he's decided to yell out a warning to Citan, Armand, and TK over here. Just wanted to let you guys know so you didn't miss it!

Okay, this is another one of those PLZ ANSWR 4 MY CHAR'S BENEFIT BCUZ OF SPESHUL POWERZ posts.  In this case, it's for Zexion.  Zexion will know things about your character from their scent, like what they are and so on.  IT'S DIFFERENT FROM THE POST ANGEL DID A WHILE BACK, I SWEAR!  Because Zexion can smell more.  Which makes him better (yeah right).  IF Angel and Zexion got into a fight, Angel would kick Zexion's little Nobody ass all the way back to Castle Oblivion.  In ten seconds. 

Lame attempts at humor aside, on to the main question.

What does your character smell like?

What I mean is along the lines of your character's 'aura', or who they are.  To Zexion, everyone has a unique scent that tells him what they are.  It's kind of hard to explain, but, take for example, Marluxia.  Zexion would be able to smell that Marluxia is a Nobody.  But Marluxia would also have a flower smell to Zexion, because of his connection to flowers.  Likewise the other Nobodies will probably have other smells in addition to the overall 'Nobody' scent.  And, of course, if there is something your character really enjoys, say, Jack Sparrow and rum, Zexion would likely pick up on the whole rum thing as well.

Now for the weird cases

Zexion would be able to tell if your character is human or not.  So if your character is not human but in human form, Zexion will pick up on that, though he won't necessarily be able to figure WHAT your character really is.  Within the current Landel's cast, Zexion will only recognize if someone is naturally a human or a Nobody.  If your character does not fall into one of those categories, Zexion will notice a different smell about them, but he won't be able to pinpoint it unless it is explained to him.

If your character is dead, Zexion will smell that.  Shinigami, Reapers, vampires even, that sort of dead.  A character who died in canon then woke up in Landel's would not register as being dead to Zexion.  ...I hope that made sense.

As for characters who were originally robots or something of the like... I really don't know.  But it'll probably throw Zexion in to a great deal of confusion :D

There are somethings that the smell CANNOT tell Zexion.  Age, height, gender, physical characteristics like that.  He also cannot pick up on powers, like telepathy, via scent.  Of course, if a character has a strong connection to an element (like fire or water), that would probably be detectable.  But it's really your choice.

Zexion cannot smell emotions.  HE'S NOT PYRAMID HEAD COMING TO STICK A SPEAR INTO YOUR GUILTIEST CHARACTER.  He does not have Aquila virgin radar.  He does not know what you did last summer.

Zexion does not use this information to stalk/hunt characters.  It's just something he picks up on.  I'd like to know before Dayshift (when Zexion gets thrown in) so I have something to reference for interactions.
