Just wanted to apologize for not getting posts in until... really late today. My friend from college took a train down to visit for the weekend, so I spent the day with her. And Erin was the one who did the driving to the train station and hung out with us as well, so we've both been preoccupied with that.

Tomorrow I think we're also going to be going out and such, but I'll do my best to get posts in when I can! Same applies for Erin, more or less. D: Sorry, I should have given warning ahead of time! Friend leaves midday on Sunday so posting should be back to normal after that.

Thanks to an incredible amount of work and some Sudden Weekend Plans (aren't those the best kind?), I will be putting Miku and Celes on hiatus until Monday. ♥♥

This is the last week of this part of the summer term, so the homework and studying has gone freaking insane. I think I can keep up with Renji, but to be safe consider Captain Jack on hiatus until July 7. I'm also going to be out of town July 4th through 7th, so I won't be posting for Renji that weekend either.

Anyway, some quick updates!

* First of all, the people have spoken, and the party (parties?) is (are?) going to be a masquerade costume party. Of those people who showed a preference, masquerade won out! However, rather than restrict your creativity, characters can wear any sort of costume, provided it has a mask. If you'd rather not decide on a costume for your character, have no ideas for one, or simply want to live life on the edge and potentially embarrass the hell out of your character(s), get in touch with me BEFORE THE DAY OF THE PARTY (FRIDAY, JULY 11) and I will happily randomize a costume for your character(s) from the list of suggestions helpfully provided by the other attendees. >D

* I've made a decision regarding the JST party! There will be a SEPARATE JST PARTY, WITH ITS OWN THEME, ON A DIFFERENT DAY AT A TIME CONDUCIVE TO THE JST PLAYERS. However, those same players are invited and indeed encouraged to attend any and all of the other parties they can make it to! (Since there's only a few of you guys, I am not foreseeing this creating a MASSIVE INFLUX even to the more crowded parties.) Similarly, ANYONE WHO CAN ATTEND THE JST PARTY ONCE IT'S SET UP IS WELCOME TO ATTEND. If this means the party is ridiculously crowded, GOOD. >:[ I hope they have more company than they know what to do with~ That said, JSTers, get in contact with me with your time and party theme suggestions so we can set this up. :3

Finally, to my fellow party coordinators - GET IN TOUCH WITH ME PLZ. Over AIM if you can, but feel free to leave a message on this post if you can't catch me there. Also make sure you get online at least a half hour before the scheduled start of your respective parties so we can coordinate party events.

On June 29, I'm going on hiatus for three weeks. Which means I'm missing the rest of dayshift and most, if not all, of nightshift. Fortunately I don't believe Zexion had any plans, so that's all good and cool.  So I'll see you all then.

...and for the hard part.

I've skirted the issue for a while now and it was the Activity Check that really woke me up.  So, I'm going to be dropping Akabane.  Go ahead and remove bloodysurgeon from your f-lists.  I just don't have the drive to RP as him any more, so I figure that with the new app cycle coming up, someone better can pick him up.  Deepest apologies to everyone I threaded with as him.  It was fun!
