Sorry to have to do this, guys, but because work is going to be horrendously busy, especially from today through Wednesday at least due to meetings and such, I'm going to have to declare a hiatus for von Karma. To be on the safe side, I may need to declare it through Saturday (which, of course, is the end of NS).

I have already PMed the two people who are directly affected (Kaze and Grey), as I had plans with Franziska and Randal, respectively. But I'm posting this here, in case other folks had plans with Fran and Randal following the room search (I know that Gumshoe was supposed to meet up with Fran afterwards, for instance).

I've been putting this off for far too long.

I love this game. I love the players here. I love my canonmates, even the ones I've never played with. I love the interactions that I've built up here over the years. That's why it's so very hard for me to post this.

But it's time for me to go. My work schedule makes it too hard to post, and I'm too tired to keep up with the fast pace. I thought the hiatus would help, but I just can't do it anymore.

Most of the new players probably don't even have a clue who I am, and for that I'm sorry. And I'm sorry to my roommate and anyone I've had a hard time finishing threads with. I'll keep in touch with anyone that'll have me. And maybe someday if I ever get in a better situation, I'll re-app.

Elena will simply fade, because I'd thought of killing her but don't have the heart.
