It took so long for Aerith and the others to be warned re: Sephiroth, thanks to it becoming a giant thread of doom with all the characters involved, that I never actually got to bring him into the thread. XD; Did we want to backthread that at all, or should Seph just meet the others individually later on - perhaps this dayshift? He's got no solid plans yet that I can remember.

Okay, so we finally finished that Grinch costume (yes, it's exactly what it sounds like) and had our debut at a local museum and there's still some tweaks that need to be made to it, but we're finished enough with it that it's not sucking the time and life out of me anymore. Yaaaaay, back to other creative endeavors! Everything literally came to a screeching halt with that costume: art, plush, knitting, writing- you name it, I didn't do it while that costume was unfinished and our due date was quickly approaching.

Anyhoo, I should be back in the saddle enough to get to posting. That said, are any of those folks I was threading with during NS really anxious to backthread? If so, I'm game, but if it's not way necessary, I'd be fine for leaving them as-is to save myself some time and brain power.

Long story long: First I had papers. Then I had presentations. Then I had more papers. Then I had group presentations. Then, to change it up, I had food poisoning FROM EATING AT THE SCHOOL CAFETERIA. Then I had more presentations. Then I marathoned SPN (one of these things is not like the others >_>). Now I have five term projects, two final presentations, and two final exams to do in the span of a week and a half, which is an object lesson that putting off the big work to do the small work is Dumb. Also my immune system has been thoroughly defeated by Shanghainese weather and my body has, for all intents and purposes, devoted itself to the one true goal of producing enough unwanted fluids to drown a reasonably-sized rat. AND THROUGH ALL OF THAT I FAILED TO DECLARE HIATUS. So uh. Retroatus it is. >___>;

TL;DR: I am also going to have to take hiatus on new threading until Tuesday of next week CST* (UTC/GMT+8) while I slog through piled-up homework (sob). AFTER THAT I WILL HOPEFULLY GET IT BACK UP FOR SAUCE and get back in the action for real!!!

I'm extending vK's hiatus through the end of breakfast because I haven't gotten to toss him out to it yet, and my brain's just too fried to post anything coherently right now. =X I might post sooner than that if I'm awake enough sometime today, but yeah, just to be on the safe side for the next few days since I really haven't posted with him during all of NS and have been fail at keeping up with DS backthreads; sorry guys, orz. I'll be hitting Disney (east coast style) beginning on the 16th and heading through the 22nd. From there I'll be traveling as I always must between all family homes until New Year's hits. So how does a hiatus sound for all that? Awesome!

Kurogane is on hiatus for the entirety of dayshift 1. because even I need a break from him, and 2. because after the RL event and last's nights coliseum disaster, his attempts at killing anyone who came near him this morning have landed him in solitary finally. He'll be there until night begins, so yeah... no warpath ninja for anyone today.

As for my others, I'll be putting Brook, Donna and Sokka on hiatus starting at 2nd shift. I hope to be back to some form of internet come 4th shift, however I cannot be sure that I will.

Well, I was afraid of this, but I think I'm going on hiatus until January 2nd. Although I'm finally out of school, I'm going on vacation in a week, and well, this is going to sound dumb, but I can't have Raz keep being up during Dayshift and gone during Nightshift. He feels bad enough for not having done anything useful during the night, so I might as well keep him gone for a while.

And I haven't even introduced Neuro yet! Arrgggh, I feel so terrible... But yeah. See you all later.
