Like I said in my earlier post, I'm away for the weekend, and working on very little internet time. So little I haven't even been able to read over all the shift info. But I have glanced over enough to know I'm going to be in WAY over my head here. So is there anyone who'd basically be willing to hold my hand through this? The Night Shift stuff seems daunting enough without the system being rendered random for the the shift. I think my only other option is going to be going on hiatus until NS is over for this round.

Since we have (so far) two M-U slots free, we are once again opening M-U slots to all players regardless of previous M-U/SC participation. The same rules apply: you may nominate any character you want – one who's already gotten SC, one who's already gotten M-U, or one who hasn't yet gotten either. However, INACTIVE CHARACTERS, CHARACTERS CURRENTLY ON HIATUS, AND CHARACTERS APPED LAST CYCLE ARE INELIGIBLE.

Also keep in mind that ANY CHARACTER WHO RECEIVES M-U TONIGHT WILL MOST LIKELY NOT EXPERIENCE THE EVENT, so make your decision of whether or not to nominate very carefully! Also, since we're waiting to hear back from the remaining three M-U-slated players, we're not sure yet how many total slots will be free, but you'll know as soon as we do. 8D

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen, and for those of you tuning in for the first time, welcome to you as well. A few of your fellow players (namely, Serey, Kaze, Kabby, and E) are bringing yet another tool to help you guys out during Nightshift: damned_links!

For those of you who are new and don't know what damned_links is, it's just a listing of links to every location posted to Nightshift. That's right--no scrolling back to find the location you need!

A few guidelines! Because these things always come with catches. ♥

-Please check BOTH the listing AND the main comm before posting a new location. The list will update often, but sometimes you guys are just way too fast for the links crew! ; ; So avoid duplicate locations. They confuse us and everyone else.

-Check damned_maps for the names of locations. Use ONLY those marked names AS WRITTEN. That way people will be able to find locations they need more easily, and we won't have to look at where you came from. :3

-If you happen across a broken or incorrect link, post to the list and note which one it is (and the correct link, if you're feeling generous XD). One of the links crew will comment back when it's been fixed.

Any useful links posted in the Lounge (monster request, room descriptions, notification posts, special event information (AKA, FIND YOUR PORTAL INFORMATION HERE GUYS 8D), etc.) will also be posted on the links page.

I deeply apologize for not being around the past few days.; I went to get graduated and the process took a lot more energy than expected due to one thing and the other--I'm back now and will get to my posts and backthreads in due time. There's also one other slight problem--the 'n' key has gone out of my keyboard. I'm borrowing my mom's USB one but if she needs it back I will be communicative but not exactly post-capable since nobody wants to read Abe or Carter narrating as if he's got a headcold. Ideally the problem should be fixed in a few days, but just putting that out there.

Otherwise known as 'end-of-the-semester crunch and moving.' I've survived, and while I won't be up for posting until tomorrow (so braindead), consider Ema off of hiatus and back into play... just in time for Nightshift, lucky her. XD

Glad to be back, and looking forward to a summer of pretendy funtimes with you all! ♥
