To be on the safe side, I am tentatively extending my hiatus for von Karma through third shift of DS 50 (I have plans for him then). If anyone needs him prior to that for any reason, please let me know, but otherwise, yeah.

(Also, my deepest apologies to those with whom I was backthreading DS 49 and just experienced nothing but stark brain fail for the past few weeks. I can still, but if you'd rather not, I understand.)

And now for the questions for the mods, in regards to visitors. I may or may not do this, contingent upon your answers, but even if I don't, I hope this will help other folks who are perhaps wondering the same thing, which is why I'm asking here. Anyway... how much canon does the visitor (or visitors, if a small group) need to have? What if they're unnamed in canon? Would they still be viable, and if so, how much background do you need to come up with beforehand, and does it need to be pre-approved?
