It's doing this right now (yeah, even the loop-de-loop!) It's coming and going in spurts because the modem keeps resetting for some reason. We're lucky if we can get net for as long as 3 mins, making it really not worth the effort to even bother trying...

Someone's coming tomorrow. Will probably tell us to get a new modem although it's probably something they've done. Until then I won't be bothering with the frustration of on-off net. Hopefully be back to posting when it's resolved. Sorry!
