Well, never thought I'd make a post like this.

I've played Arty here for over three years, and sadly I feel as though the many months I've spent threading him with so many wonderful characters has finally come back to bite him. Arty's lost too many people, to the point where I honestly wouldn't get any enjoyment from playing out the aftermath of him losing everyone. So he's just going to fade quietly, go be with his family in the land of vanished characters. I'm considering reapping him, though I'm not sure he and the setting get along anymore. We shall see. Until I make that decision though, he'll still be hanging around the Fountain.

I loved all of the CR he had--both still in-game and dropped--, and will miss it dearly.

Also, I'm going through a rough patch concerning RL and my long-term future, so I'm calling slow posting. This affects Heiji, Kurt, and Touya.

So, I've just started a new job, which is great. But that means training, which is crazy, and involved a commute that was kind of double crazy. Which is why I kind of fell off the face of the earth for a little while there. But I am back now! If possibly a little slow while I get use to the new schedule.

I've been giving it a lot of thought over my hiatus, and I've finally concluded that I have, in fact, lost Commander Hayes' voice and it's not going to come back. Therefore, I must sadly announce that I'm dropping him and giving Agatha Heterodyne my full attention from now on. Please remove cmdr_exposition from your lists.

I first wanted to wait and see how the next dayshift would go, but I figured I may as well get it over with. So yeah, I've been a bit burnt out for the last couple of...months. I had hoped that returning to school would improve it, but it doesn't. And at this rate, it will affect the amount of enjoyment I get from RPing. It seems I'm spread a bit too thin, and it's probably best not to draw this out any longer.

So, I'm going to drop one character so I can focus more on the other two. By process of elimination, I decided that this character will be Yakushiji Tenzen. I love the series he's from and he's one hell of an interesting villain, but I never got much done with the creepy bastard. He has some real potential in the right hands, but it looks like I'm lacking the ability and/or the attention span to bring it out properly as I've only played one side of him mostly and never got anywhere near the ruthless sadist he truly is.

tl;dr: please remove should_be_dead from your flist.

He still has some items, such as a smashed portal ring, an axe and a couple of scalpels. It'd be a shame if these would go to waste...any takers?
