I was going to wait until the end of this dayshift to make this post, but I've come to realize I really should just get it over with instead of trying to linger longer.

I'm dropping Kuroba Kaito (flashyaudacity). He's had a long run at Damned (he was accepted three years and one day ago!) and it's been an absolutely blast (especially being bros with Hattori), but I've slowly lost the drive to post him more than occasionally. Trying to get him more active again has been a spectacular failure with my flagging motivation, so I figure it's time to move on.

I don't have the heart to kill him off, so he's just going to be sent home some time during the day (maybe between 4th shift and dinner?). I'm not removing his journal from the game just yet in case any of his friends want one last thread, but I'll warn you that it probably won't be the fastest posting in the world due to the motivational factors.

I hate to do this, but ever since the new job, I just haven't had the time to get as involved in Damned as I once was. One post a day (at best) isn't fair to most people here, and I can't see that improving any time in the near future. Not only that, but being so inactive isn't fair to the rest of the Hetalia cast either, and particularly not for someone like Ludwig.

So, I'm sure you can guess where I'm going with this. I'm going to have to drop Ludwig, and with him, my last character in Damned. It's been a long, long run, and perhaps in the future I'll get the time to app someone and get involved again. Until then, thank all of you for making the past years so enjoyable, thanks to the mods for such a fun game, and I hope all of you continue being awesome.

Due to having computer troubles at the exact same time as moving to college, Alana will have to take a hiatus until at least the end of the week. That means Kay is probably not going to show up for breakfast shift.

Gumshoe -- I think we both wound up waiting for Kay somehow? Do you want to have him and Badd meet each other instead?

As much as I utterly despise the fact, putting Haseo on hiatus still hasn't really helped me, and with dayshift having started again right now as I'm getting back into classes, I really don't think I have the time or energy to bring him back unless I... hiatus him even longer or something. Continuing to idle around is probably only delaying the inevitable anyway though, so... unfortunately I think it's time I went ahead and dropped him.

I've really, really loved playing him, and I'd like to thank every single one of you who threaded with him during the amazing year and a half he was around. I'll still be playing thestormishere here, of course, so you haven't gotten rid of me entirely! It's also possible that I may re-app Haseo at some point, since... it's still hard for me to imagine not playing the stupid guy. 8|

He does have several things of note which I'd really like to see go to other characters- namely, if there's a way to get at least one of his two(!) short swords to Lightning, I'd really like to do that (yes I am selfish), but the other one is totally free to someone else, as is his butcher's knife and a broken portal ring. SOMEONE PLEASE FIND A WAY TO TAKE THEM, OKAY?
