I've been on an extended hiatus since before Christmas, thinking that not playing at Damned for weeks on end would magically help me get my posting groove back. That didn't go over very well, and now I'm finding it even harder than before to even come close to maintaining a level of activity that isn't embarrassingly bad. It's not fair to the rest of you.

I love this game and I love the people in it even more. You're all wonderful. I've made some absolutely incredible friends here and that makes the decision to drop even more agonizing than it already was. Still, Kenshin has been at Landel's a very, very long time. Maybe he deserves a rest.

Don't think you're getting rid of me for good, though. I fully plan on coming back with somebody new once I can a) decide who, exactly, that somebody is going to be and b) get my life back in order enough to RP regularly again.

In the meantime, I'll...be around. Plotting my return.

I've been dealing with a migraine that won't go away the past few days, and today I finally gave up and overmedicated, so I'll be sleeping... now. Instead of catching up on tags.

So about 3 weeks ago I began my first IRL job. That is awesome, but I've began to notice that my full-time late shift schedule has been cutting into posting time drastically. I usually get only 1-3 hours of spare time before I need to sleep, depending on the availability of rides. As I need to do chores, and producing a tag takes about an hour for me, it's...been pretty pitiful. Like, really, really pitiful.

However, this is a summer job which ends at the end of August-early September. At first I wanted to just drop Canada and pick him up again in September out of consideration to Meekins, but I've learned that Meekins can get a new roommate if Angelina would like regardless of Canada's presence.

Therefore, I've decided I will call a hiatus until August 25th-September 7th (Depending on when I feel its safe to pick Canada up again in consideration to how my job is doing). I will probably call it off sooner if my schedule ever changes to the early shift, and I might tentatively try posting again if I get used to this, but for now...yeah ;_;

I'd particularly like to apologize to Wariena, Angelina, Cager, Pathy and Orrien for this. (Edit: Also when I'm more awake, are you guys interested in discussing how our threads ended up for continuity sake?)

....Next job I get, I am so going for the early shift ;~; My internet pretendy-fun times depend on it.
