Just a quick change on the letters mini-event: since people are still working on getting letters finished (and since visitors are happening now), the actual letters will be handed out during 4th shift (those with 4th shift visitors will get their letters at the start of dinner). Hopefully that will give everyone enough time to get them organized.

First of all, just a heads up to Faye, Sarah, Cager, and Evee that I'll be slow to non-posting with Meekins (and Taura's visitor) until Saturday... I tend to shut down near the end of the work week (and having an oddly disrupted sleep pattern all week and a headache that won't go away, really hasn't helped much, let's just say). Please let me know if this will be a problem for any of you. (Sarah? If this is making you want to switch Taura's visitor shift to fourth, I think there might be still time for you to ask the mods, but I'm good either way.)

Secondly, just checking in with Cager, Evee, and Faye to see if any of you are still okay with backthreading our threads. Again, I'll be slow until Saturday, but! I have Monday through Wednesday of next week off from work, so that should help bunches. X3 And if any of you just want to handwave our threads or postpone them, I'm cool with that too, so long as you let me know how the existing started threads ended up, just so I know what not to contradict later on. XD

Hey, everyone!

Lt. General Berg would like to start personally meeting with patients on an individual basis. During the course of 4th shift, three randomized characters will be brought to him separately. They will each have the opportunity to have a one-on-one discussion with Berg for the duration of the shift.

If you're interested in having your character speak with him, please respond to this poll, and we'll select people through randomization during the final day of 3rd shift. The people who get chosen will be notified via E-mail with a brief explanation of what to expect.

Please note that players are allowed to submit one character to the poll. However, characters are not eligible if they're scheduled for a visitor this DS.

Out of fairness to players who've been active this DS, we'd also like to ask anyone who's on hiatus to please refrain from prematurely ending your hiatus solely to thread with Berg. Since we have no sure-fire way to determine who was going to hiatus the whole DS and who intended to come back for 3rd and 4th shift, though, we're going to leave that up to player discretion.

There will be more opportunities to interact with Berg in the future, so anyone who's unable to submit a character to the poll this time should get another chance to do so within the next couple of in-game days. Sorry for any inconvenience!

So, I think I picked basically the worst time ever to app to a new game. Getting adjusted to a full-time job for the first time in my life has been a little bit more stressful than I anticipated at some points, and my writing motivation got drained there for a while. I'm not sure I can keep up with two games at the moment, so I'm going to have to drop (and I'm especially sorry to Andy for this), but maybe I can come back when my life settles down a little more.

Haha I meant to post this earlier but I haven't had much time until now.

From now until 7/8 I've got company I need to keep entertained, so I'll be a bit slow with getting to tags. I'll try my best to keep up with all the visitor threads I've signed up for, and I'm always up for backthreading!
