It's been four years. I was officially accepted into Damned on October 16, 2008, and since then I've had an amazing ride as a player, an NPC mod, a podcast host, a quotes curator, a linkateer, and an avid reader of all the awesome writing the playerbase has had to offer in all this time.

That's why it's been so hard to admit to myself lately that RP is just not fitting in to my life like it used to, and that good prose isn't coming to me as easily anymore. If it were up to me, my energy and time levels would stay pumped all the time and I would stick things out to the end here, because all you Damnedites are my sistahs and broskis forevs yo, fr srs. :( As it is, I think my RP cup is spent (at least for now), and I need to move on to focus more on things like school, work, and a growing pile of personal projects.

So... Yeah. I am dropping Scott Pilgrim and Rapunzel as well as my mod duties (although, I will still be helping the Linkateers when I can). Both characters can be assumed to have been in a deep sleep since dinner, and will have disappeared by morning. :( They both have extensive inventories, and their close CR are free to call first dibs on anything they want. If you're not sure what they have (I know their profile inventories are not the most up to date), just ask if there's a particular type of thing they have (i.e.: sentimental thing, weapon, supplies, something silly, etc.) and I can give you the closest thing to that.

How best can I express to you guys how much you all mean to me before I go, though? There are and have been so many people and things in this game that I love that I couldn't possibly mention all of them. Well, I started out expressing my excitement for the game with an Oktoberfest project, so I think it's only fitting that I go out on an Oktoberfest project. Check it.
