Should've done this earlier, but oh well. As holidays fast approach, the Doctor is on hiatus for the rest of NS, and Izaya is on slow posting.

I know I'm behind on my backthreads, but I'll do my best to catch up and keep on top of them shortly!

This may not be as big of a deal as my brain loves to make things, but I should probably call it anyway just to be safe. SO--

It's officially finals week for me, and it's also about 16 days until Christmas. For me, this means I've got tests to take (one of which I really need to just spend the rest of today studying for...); I've also got a lot of Christmas presents to make, and though I'm slowly accepting that I won't get those done on time, I want to at least try. :|;; Not to mention I might be seeing a friend who I haven't seen in months...

...And yeah. TL;DR: Slow posting for me for this week, at least. I start up school again next week, though, so I'm not entirely sure what that will do to me time-wise. We'll have to see.

Wow, I am the worst!! but... better late than never, which is trufax, my usual.

School has been kicking my tush hard for the last week, and promises to continue to do so for another! I know it's not really possibly or valid to retroactively hiatus for the last week of total nonexistence, but uh, here's wishing I could.

This also serves as a slow posting / hiatus notice for the next week, as I hopefully make myself concentrate enough to get my things done. I STILL HAVE... THINGS I WANT TO DO this NS, so I hope to be able to get out there and not drag things down, but just in case I can't manage it.

My finals don't start until next week, but this week is Dead Week aka Time to Learn Everything For Real Week, so, I won't be able to post very regularly (as if I have been this entire semester...) for the next two weeks or so. Sorry especially to backthreads! ;A;

Hey, guys. Just a heads up: Jen (Mega Man X-mun) just lost her computer's power cord, so until she's able to get another one, her online time will be severely limited. Consider her on very slow posting (EDIT:) until December 5th. That's when her new charger should arrive.

Sorry about this threadmates and those I'll be threading with coming up! Expect me to be unbelievably slow until about the middle of next week to the point where I can't guarantee I'll even get tags out until then. It's that usual December-is-upon-us crunch. :(

WOW, awkward time for this. BUT AHEM, yes! It's the end of November and you know what that means! ...A million deadlines for students! Thankfully, I'll be rid of most of them soon, but for the moment, I'm going to be veeeryyy busy till Wednesday, so I figured I might as well go on hiatus till then!

I know I've got a Nightshift thread planned and I'll try to get to that ASAP, just like with my backthreads, but for now, hiatus!

Throwing in the towel and admitting that, due to various real-life things, my head is not really in the game. So I'm calling a slowatus for L. I'll still try to keep remaining plans; I'll just be very slow and not necessarily be able to tag every day, and probably won't be in dinner shift except for a setup post. I'll do NS, but I expect to start slow and have problems through about the first week of December.

Slow posting for me continues until the end of this coming week, I'm afraid. 8( I've had a major project to do that I'm going to be spending a good part of my weekend on, along with Tuesday and Thursday (when the project is actually due). ...Though I may or may not be going on hiatus for Thanksgiving. I'll have to see about that one.

Okay, a lot of things happened at once, and unfortunately I will have to put RP on the back burner this week until things clear up.

I'm taking care of Jansen while she's stoned out of her mind, I have to take care of the house with the 'rents gone, and I have tons of reading to do as well as starting on my senior thesis.

Because of all this, I am declaring slow posting, which may turn into a hiatus for Kotetsu, Luke, and Goku until Monday.

Sarah and Pazu, you are more than welcome to skip Goku while you guys get to the Greenhouse.

S-so I have midterms coming up and just Med Chem in general, and they're both kicking my butt. I wanted to apologize to my threadmates for my slow (-er than usual) tagging speed; I'm afraid tags will come at a snail's pace until Monday night, after my midterm.

You might ask, "But, Nika, how is this any different than how slow you usually tag, anyway?"

To which I'll respond, "Wow rude," as I run out of the room, tears streaming down my face to the devastating sound of my heart breaking into millions of tiny bite-sized pieces.

But in reality, it'd probably be something more like, "Touche."

This affects Orihime. However, I will do my best to keep the Nightshift thread with Lloyd and Karkat going along this weekend! So hopefully I don't block things up too badly again.

Long story short, I came down with a nasty respiratory infection as soon as I came back into town. For that reason, I'm probably going to be slower than normal until I'm better. I'll still try to get both of my characters out into NS by the end of today, though. Backthreads might take me longer.

This affects Claude and Barnaby. Sorry for the inconvenience.

School has been kicking my butt lately...and on that note, I don't know if I'll be able to tag for the next few days thanks to school work. So, I'm in the midst of my first round of midterms, and that means that my already abysmal tagging speed is about to plummet to new depths of futility. The midterms in question are next Monday and Tuesday, so that means that the rest of this week and next week (since for some reason, it takes me a whole week to get back into my normal rhythm), I'm going to be like...like....

Simply put, it'll be bad :< I'll try my hardest to stay up with NS threads and not post once a week or something ludicrous like that, but for backthreads, I must apologize b/c I'm about to come really close to dropping off the face of the planet with those haha.

Also just a reminder that I am not on plurk v. often anymore, and that AIM/email are now better ways of contacting me! I will still try to respond to private plurks if I get them, though.

Hey, guys! So this isn't quite a hiatus, but I wanted to cover my bases anyway. Basically, I have a fic deadline I need to work on this whole week (it's due next Tuesday, October 2nd) and it's pretty much demanding the majority of my free time. So, I'll be skipping fourth shift with Guy, Harvey, and Castiel. (Cas originally had a thread planned with Rapunzel, but Eryn's also on hiatus, so that's fine.) Sora will be out to meet with Facilier, as planned.

I might also need to cut down on dinner threads. I'm going to make sure Sora's out for Link and Castiel for Kotetsu, as those are the most important, but I might have to skip Harvey-Murphy and Guy-Locke. Sorry, guys! If you want to work out what they would/wouldn't talk about at dinner so we can handwave it, I'm cool with that.

I think nightshift is slated to start the day before my fic is due, so I should be good to post into that with minimal delays.

Sorry for the trouble! I feel kind of silly hiatusing for this, but omg, edits are time-consuming.

So I know I was supposed to come off of hiatus this past Tuesday, but I brought a lovely souvenir home with me -- namely a cold. While I'm kind-of sort-of over it by now, my posting will be pretty slow until it fully clears.

Except... I'm going on hiatus again on Tuesday the 25th, for about two weeks this time. I'm (mostly) not going to be out of town for this one (the exception being from the 28th through the 30th), so it may devolve from a full hiatus to slow posting depending on IC plans. Gotta get IC stuff done, ya' know.

Soooo.... yeah. Gonna try to hit backthreads again starting now, and I'll update this thread as needed if plans change.
