That said, also, Emi, Rose, and Tess - whenever River, Elena, and Farfie are ready to show up in that thread, I believe they are welcome to now. Also. I watched the Pilot for Supernatural. Other than that, I'd only ever seen half an episode. I wasn't sure I'd really like it, or really be bothered, but I was pretty impressed. Also: Dean <3, Food <3

Hey, guys. It kind of occurred to us that we should set a standard on this issue. Basically, there are two ways we can go about sending out responding emails to applications.

1) Send them out as we can - meaning once both of us have read the app and had a second opinion given on it, if necessary. So we would start sending emails out sooner, but there would be a good number of people left biting their nails and waiting (if we haven't read their app yet, if we're having a hard time deciding, or if it takes a while to find someone who can give us a second opinion). To clarify, however, if we have competing apps for the same character, we would send out both emails at the same time.

2) Wait until we've decided on every app and then send them out all at once. This way, no one feels left out and everyone finds out at the same time. It might be considered more equal that way. However, that means that everyone is waiting for a longer time period.

So, we leave it up to a vote. Also, if you are an applicant who is not yet in the game, you are allowed to vote in this particular poll. Since you guys are invested in the situation at hand. XD

ERIN HAX TO SAY: This poll will close on Friday night, 12:00 AM PST--the same time that late apps are due, which is exactly a week after apps closed. If the common consensus by then is "send out apps as we get them done," some lucky handful of you will probably be getting your e-mails that night. However, as I'll be out of town for this coming weekend, most likely without much internet, most of you probably won't start getting your emails until Monday night. :[ Sad, I know. <3

Also, some clarification and ideas that Court responded to in comments but which I should probably put here for everyone to see:

- When we say "send out responses ASAP" as an option, we more specifically mean "send out responses ASAP once the applications have closed for that cycle." We wouldn't dare send out final decisions without first making sure there aren't any competing apps for that character. <3

- If the common consensus is "send out responses ASAP," we'll probably have it work (per a great suggestion) that although we'll send out the e-mails as our decisions come along, accepted players won't be allowed to post with their characters' journals to the lounge until we're sure that the grand majority of e-mails have been sent out--at which point, we'll put up that Character Introductions post to the lounge and you guys can go crazy. XD <3 (Characters will, of course, not begin to be intro'd into the actual RP until everyone has gotten their e-mail.)

To reiterate, however, FRIDAY NIGHT (more exactly, Saturday morning, June 16th, at 0:00 AM PST) IS THE ABSOLUTE DEADLINE FOR LATE APPS. As mentioned before, if you absolutely cannot get it in by that time due to severely impairing circumstances, you MUST let us know, and your reasons MUST be solid. Also consider that late apps will probably take longer to get to than the ones that came in on time, (Court is... CRAZY ABOUT GOING IN ORDER, PEOPLE XDDD), and take note that we'll probably have to be harsher on late apps next time, but we understand that this cycle happened to overlap with a bunch of finals and end-of-year school stuff, so yeah. <3

I feel like a big fat dork for going on a short hiatus before I've even had the chance to post, but I just got told by my roomie that she's finding a new place to live, and ergo, I need to do so, too.
