Alright, so I need a bit of a break from the game. XD; I'm taking a month off, probably less considering how addicted I am, but my posting has been pretty crappy lately and holiday hours at work are killing me.

Orihime will be around long enough for funeral services (and some Ran time) before she's gone too, also sleeping idk.

On the subject of Oktoberfest costumes and whatnot, do we wait for some kind of go ahead or explaino before having characters find them? I was hoping that Wally could find his costume (and, if at all possible, the ring he keeps it in) at some point during dinner, so he can then do his automatic trick of changing his clothes at high speed. >) How does Tony feel about 2 second stripshows, by the way?

...which, come to think of it, also raises the question as to if Wally's powers will work at all during dinner, 'cause otherwise that could be REALLY awkward.

Time for Emily to bandwagon a bit, too. I've got finals for the next two weeks, and then I'm going to be packing up my dorm room and driving home, so I've decided to put Keman and Hikaru on hiatus for the duration of Nightshift. I've already got plans for Shinichi and Kenshin, so they'll still be around, though I may disappear for a few days when it comes time to pack up my computer (around the 18th to the 20th).

I's the ever-dreaded finals week, and I'll also the taking the Amtrak home on Friday, and may need to take Saturday as a "woooo I escape these horrible dorms" adjustment day. Long story short, I'll be posting pretty slowly all week. Apologies to Masaru's room mate D:

Yeah, you guessed it, I've got a vampire who will be on the prowl again, and he's got plenty of time to spare on finding dinner. Aka: he has a pretty bad injury and needs some num nums to tide him over. Any volunteers? I'M MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP ACQUAINT NEW CHARACTERS TO THE WAYS OF LANDEL'S, AT THAT. :D? What screams fun like a vampire attack, am I right?

Anyway, since his main priority is mowing people over before they can get a good look at him, he'd be looking for loners, the kind easy to take down. Young girls are a preference, but guys who aren't butt ugly work, too.

In short, if your character is basically human, then you're eligible. U-UM, I HOPE SOMEONE (OR A COUPLE OF SOMEONES) IS INTERESTED. It'll be a good time, promise. D:

Instead of being on 'slow posting' status, I think I need to take a hiatus instead. I'm already incredibly easily distracted from the work I should be doing, and RP doesn't help much in that regard. Plus if I end up having to take a hiatus anyway, it'd be halfway during nightshift and I'd be holding people up that way.

This will apply for both Scar and Tyki. I'll still continue backthreading and posting for dinner shift, but once that's done they'll be out of commission for this nightshift. Both of them didn't have any plans, anyway.

Long story short, I have to put Qui-Gon Jinn on hiatus for awhile. It could be for a month until next nightshift, but I'm not entirely sure. He'll just be missing/absent until then starting the beginning of this nightshift.

Sorry to continue a bad trend, but it's about time I do this. I'm going to be dropping Zim. *clings possessively to Harley* No! Not happening!

Fact is the little bugger has been getting progressively more difficult to write, and for a character that was never easy to write in the first place, that's bad. It takes way too long to tag with him and he slows down both every interaction he's in and my Harley tagging as well. That along with other issues have led me to finally drop him.

I apologize to the Dib and anyone else who was interested in doing anything with him. As tempting as it is to have Zim die in some agonizing or blisteringly idiotic manner, I'm going to just have him disappear.

However, I do love the idea of Zim being here and think he has a massive amount of potential in this setting. I greatly encourage Zim appers to try for him this upcoming cycle. And to help this process I'm offering up Zim's journal, faceyourdoom
