Seeing as I'm heading out of town for a week tomorrow morning and will only have a limited number of chances to get online during said week, I'm putting up an announcement of really slow posting and/or hiatus. Kaito and Chopper are the only ones who have definite plans for this nightshift at the moment, so I'm thinking the way it's going to happen is that those two will be on really slow posting, and the Doctor and Dr. Horrible will be on hiatus until I return on Sunday, 12/14.

That said, I'm going to try to worm in a post or two in the morning before I take off for my trip.

Sorry, but we're going to have to extend dinner shift one more day, mainly because there are some nightshift NPCing changes that we'd like to implement and we need a little more time to get that in order. Soooo...we're gonna do this funeral/eulogy thing for Renji.

Probably should have posted this earlier, but how did we want to do this? There's a lot of people showing up...I know Artemis' plan was to have Renji buried somewhere outside the institute, which for people to actually attend en mass would require potential thready doom doomness.

Sooooo, here's a couple of options I saw for how to get this into manageable chunks...

a) Everyone shows up at M23 and says their last respects there. Hitsu makes a post, and those who want to say something or leave something can post to it in separate threads replying to him and say something then leave

b) We split up into manageable groups of 2-3 people and all move to an agreed-on point, assuming that everyone will be going as a group. Usually you won't be talking to ~everyone~ in a group that large and only the people immediately around you, so it might work

c) Monkeys.

Any other ideas?

I'm flying to my parents' house on Tuesday, and in light of that, I require a good deal of time to prepare for that trip. Therefore, slow posting for Ken and Kristoph from now until Wednesday.

Apologies to anyone in a scene with them (especially roomies); let me know if anyone would like to backthread.
