Who do you want to see in damned_institute?

This is our official Wanted Characters request post for damned_institute's group ATP. In other words, post here for any characters you'd love to see, and we'll advertise your request in a Damned-specific ad on app_this_plz! (For reference, this was July's ad.) If you commented on the previous Character Request Post, there's no need to reply again. But if you've changed your mind on something or want to ad another request, then this is the place for you!
