Well, the apps are closed and Court and I have gotten through all of them and accepted/rejected who we need to accordingly! :D There are gonna be a couple of excused late ones trailing in, but all in all, we've got a whole new slew of patients coming into Landel's. (Some of them have been added to the cast list on the main userinfo, but we don't have all the information yet to get everything completely updated, so the names on there right now are kinda random.)

Based heavily on the input we got from the poll, (thanks so much, you guys <3), here's the way the new schedule is gonna go:

We're gonna have four shifts each Dayshift, and each shift is gonna go on for three RL days. (Yes, I know Four RL Days won by one vote, but we need to balance out more shifts with less days for each one. XD; Besides, the vote was very close.) Nightshift, by overwhelming popularity, will go on for two RL weeks.

Nightshift is going to OFFICIALLY be starting tomorrow night, though I need to get all of you Special Counseling players into a chat so I can talk to you guys about how all that is gonna go down. ;D But yeah... tomorrow night? IS THE NIGHT.

And new players/characters? Because we don't want to make you guys wait, you can either decide to have your character wake up during Nightshift, (the intercom will intermittently be calling out the names of the characters whose players want to do it this way), or you can alternatively wait to introduce your character in the morning, if you want things to work out that way.

Mmm I am so excited for this game to start. Srsly, like. Super-excited. to the X-TREME. because look IT'S PYRAMID HEAD.

Anyway. I do have a point to this post. As Pyramid Head will be wandering around Landel's, randomly attacking people and ... doing suspicious things to dead monsters, I need to know about your characters. Specifically, I need to know about their Guilt.

Iffin you all would be so kind, plz to be listing your character's crimes (what they ARE guilty of) and their mental crimes (what they FEEL they are guilty of). Let's use SH2 as an example: James killed his wife. He is guilty of that crime. However, he forgot he did it. Therefore, he was guilty of the action, but didn't realize it. On the other hand, let's use Dias for the mental example: his family was killed, and while he didn't do it, he feels guilty that he couldn't do anything to stop it.

In a poetic sense, it's guilt of the body and guilt of the mind.

So! If you could, please tell me those things about your characters. This'll make it easier for me to have Pyramid Head attack people when he runs into groups, because he'll automatically focus on whoever is the most guilty. OR WILL HE? His mental processes are a SEKKRIT. >O

I could research all of these myself, but, uh. I'm lazy. Also, Wikipedia doesn't have every entry. (Ever tried looking up Caim? You get demonology.)

If you don't want other players to know these things, just put your comment on Private, or whatever mode that is, so that only I/the mods can read it. Otherwise, FIRE AWAY!

(btw, Pyramid Head WILL get to everybody eventually. I SHALL SEE TO IT. >( )

OKAY, GUYS. NIGHTSHIFT IS HERE, and here's your toolkit for it:

3) Link to the temporary/permanent room numbers.

4) THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: I'm not sure how much you guys have been doing this, but for the sake of organization and continuity, every time you enter a new area, you must A) post to someone else who already has a post in the new area, or B) if no post for that area exists yet, make a new one. Be realistic about stumbling upon other patients, people! ;D

5) For new characters, the order in which they'll be released in batches has been randomized according to what span of time the players asked for. These are the "as soon as possible" requesters:

All of this might be edited and stuff as time goes on. Once the intercom introduces your character, you respond to that particular intercom post with your character's wake-up/introduction post, and then make new posts to the comm/join other threads from there.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Court and I have yet to do the room descriptions yet, so... for now, either rely on the descriptions from Redux, if you want, or BS. XD; WE'LL TRUST YA. If you go into a room and have your character search around, IM one of us to ask what kinds of items your character will be able to find.
